Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the Oryxa Collective website, marketplace interface, wallet tools, creator profiles, and auction experiences.

Last updated: 7 August 2026

1. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using Oryxa, you agree to these terms and the notices linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms where you live. If you use Oryxa for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. Wallets and accounts

Oryxa uses third-party, self-custody wallets. You control your wallet, keys, recovery phrase, approvals, and assets. Oryxa will never ask for your private key or recovery phrase.

You are responsible for checking the address, network, asset, amount, fees, and permissions shown by your wallet before approving any request. Activity authorized through your wallet is treated as activity you approved unless applicable law requires otherwise.

3. Listings, auctions, and transactions

  • Creators are responsible for the accuracy, rights, availability, and terms of work they list.
  • Collectors are responsible for reviewing the work, creator, auction rules, currency, network, and total cost before bidding or buying.
  • A bid may be binding when the interface and wallet clearly identify it as an on-chain action and you approve the related wallet request.
  • Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Oryxa cannot cancel, reverse, or recover a transaction confirmed by a network.
  • Network fees and third-party wallet, bridge, or marketplace fees may apply and can change independently of Oryxa.

4. Creator rights and content

Creators keep ownership of their original intellectual property except for rights they expressly grant in a listing, collaboration agreement, or separate license. Buying a token or digital work does not automatically transfer copyright or commercial rights.

You grant Oryxa a limited, non-exclusive license to display content you submit as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide that content.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Oryxa for fraud, manipulation, wash trading, sanctions evasion, money laundering, infringement, harassment, malware, or unlawful activity.
  • Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape at a harmful rate, impersonate another person, or misrepresent the origin or ownership of work.
  • Do not attempt to obtain another person’s private keys, recovery phrase, authentication data, or wallet approvals through deception.

6. Availability and third-party services

Oryxa depends on wallets, blockchains, RPC providers, explorers, hosting providers, and other third-party systems. Their availability, security, accuracy, and rules are outside Oryxa’s control.

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service to protect users, comply with law, respond to security risks, or improve the product.

7. Disclaimers and responsibility

Oryxa is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free software, the value or liquidity of any asset, or the performance of any blockchain or third-party service.

Nothing on Oryxa is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining professional advice when needed.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability can be limited, Oryxa is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or third-party systems.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Oryxa develops. The updated date above shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be communicated through the service or Oryxa’s official channels when reasonably possible.

Questions about these terms can be sent through Oryxa Collective’s official X account at x.com/oryxacollective.
