Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information Oryxa handles, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: 7 August 2026

1. Information we handle

  • Wallet information: the public address, selected network, and public balance shown after you connect Phantom or MetaMask.
  • Information you provide: email addresses submitted through artist or update forms, messages, profile details, and support requests.
  • Usage and device information: basic request, browser, device, security, and error information produced when the website is accessed.
  • Public blockchain data: transaction identifiers, token ownership, bids, transfers, and other records available on Solana or Robinhood Chain.

2. Information we do not collect

Oryxa does not ask for or store your wallet private key or recovery phrase. Wallet approvals happen inside your wallet provider.

Oryxa does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party advertising analytics on this site.

3. How information is used

  • Provide wallet connection, balance display, creator, marketplace, auction, and communication features.
  • Respond to requests, operate artist onboarding, and send information you asked to receive.
  • Secure, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the service.
  • Prevent fraud, enforce rules, protect users and creators, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Wallet and network processing

When you connect a wallet, your browser asks Phantom or MetaMask for your public address. Oryxa reads the corresponding public SOL or ETH balance through the configured Solana or Robinhood Chain RPC endpoint.

Blockchain records are public and may be copied, indexed, or retained by independent networks and services. Oryxa cannot edit or erase data written to a public blockchain.

5. When information is shared

Information may be processed by providers that help host, secure, communicate, or operate Oryxa; by wallet and blockchain services you choose to use; or when disclosure is required to comply with law or protect users and the service.

We do not sell personal information. If Oryxa changes organizational structure, relevant information may transfer with the service subject to this notice and applicable law.

6. Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and secure the service. Public blockchain records follow the retention rules of their networks, not Oryxa.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet or blockchain system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

You can disconnect your wallet, stop submitting information, and ask to unsubscribe from optional communications. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, and to object or withdraw consent where applicable.

Requests can be made through Oryxa Collective’s official X account at x.com/oryxacollective. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. These rights do not extend to public blockchain records that Oryxa cannot control.

8. Children and changes

Oryxa is not directed to children who are not legally able to use blockchain or marketplace services in their location. Do not submit a child’s personal information without appropriate authority.

We may update this notice as Oryxa changes. The updated date above identifies the current version.
